“Say No To Sin”

SAY NO TO SIN! Welcome to my day series of….”Saying No To Sin!”Part 1- I pray this helps others.

As simple as it may sound, sometimes we forget that we have an adversary. He roams around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he can devour. .
The Good News(Jesus) is that we have been bought with a price. We belong to the Lord Jesus Christ. No matter what temptation or sin you are dealing with, Remember that You can Get Out!!!

1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

The word tells us To be SOBER- to not be drunk or overtaken. We must not be overtaken in thoughts or suggestions to sin. We have to constantly monitor our thoughts and actions. If there is Anything that will try to lure you away from the walking in the LIGHT-in realtionship with Christ- You have(rights) to Say NO To SIN. .
Romans 8:2 For the law of The Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus hath made me from the law of sin and death.

The above scripture means that Jesus has given us Life in the Spirit and has made us free from Sin. When you choose to rebuke the enemy and his suggestions you are walking in purpose. You are actively particpating in the law of the Spirit.

Profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior- believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord-to be saved.
